Hello everyone
This is my first writing about health and fitness or i should say blog about health.
So to start,lets take a very obvious and much search topic which is weight reduction.
Why today people equate fat loss in front of weight loss !. why reducing weight has become indispensable to every human.why people thing reducing any diet and going to gym can only be a solution to their problem.
These day several diet plans and exercise has been emerged to control the weight and lessen it asap.
So what is best way to control such fat reduction.
In my point of view, weight loss and fat loss are both different segment which gets entangled by humans.
To learn about weight , first you need to know weight means here. When we take account of weight we basically calculate weight of fat and muscle mass .
Fat and muscle mass both together comprises to give us total weight of a body.
With increase in muscle mass gives us less fat accumulated in our body and less will be the weight as compare to the one with more fat equal to muscle.
Now lets discuss what are the building block which makes muscle and fat storage.
The three main building blocks are protein , carbohydrates and fats(health fats).
Protein here is structure of amino acid which all together comprises to make a single structure which help build muscle which when taken in appropriate quantity.
Carbohydrates are certainly important as it provides energy for our body as the carbs* which we get eat or drink stores in our body and use to provide energy to our body and brain for several functioning.
When we talk about fat we only consider good and healthy fat, because there are some processed foods items which contains fats which may be good at taste but are unhealthy which are cheese, butter, cream , chocolate etc.
They are saturated fats .

So in gist what i explained is to reduce fat percentage we should reduce the intake of not healthy saturated fats and carbohydrates to a limit because by controlling this two macro nutrient a person can actually reduce weight , yes weight which is mainly fat and less muscle mass.

why did i said muscle mass is also reduce.Because whenever we we skip our food item we actually reduce some amount of macro nutrient which can be any of the three.
This in turn means you can not reduce targeted fat from the body but reduce fat from whole body.

Now lets get to another asked question which is why people started gym to reduce fat. Why can’t the work at home to control there obesity.
This is because gym provide with a understanding that lifting weights and running on treadmill can solve their purpose of fat loss.
But studies has shown that running outside in natural environment to nature and on a natural surface is more beneficial to mind and body.
So in order to target fat all you can do start running out at any preferred hour of day, it might be better if you choose early morning or evening and start doing some work at home (day to day).
Sitting for several hours can increase inches on your belly.
So stand up and start you work.
With this you reduce the time consumption at gym and also gym membership fees.
finally i would advice you to go for simple diet which include macro nutrients in appropriate quantity and some exercise at home which can help solve you health related issues.
