Exercise part 1

Today i am going to share my experience with you about workout, exercise, running and much more.
Why in today’s world exercise is most prominent to remain fit.
There was a time when people use to do dandh bethak* and khusti* to remain healthy and fit. Basically they torn muscle to mke then strong and bulky with such routine.
Now a days some part of india follow same old technique to develope there muscle and endurance. These technics are regourous and less equipped. You need less to no use of equipment. One of the most used technique is dandh bethak* common language sit ups. This is an exercise when you perform in gym.
So lets start with my experience with gym and workout. When i started my day to gym was not because i was big or fatty.
That was not the case with me, instead i was very thin and underweight.
First time was when i was in my high school but that gym workout did last just for a month till my summer vacations.i was still thin , puny  and same old Harry.
By the way I am Harry, now i am an engineer who is still struggling to fit myself in some gov. Job as every other guy wants to.
Back to my gym story, the next time i went to gym was few more day , 2 months i guess. I gained 1 kg or so. Again i left it because engineering was on my head and nothing should come in between.
 Finally the real entry to my fantacy world was after my graduation. 
Yes was i the gymnasium. I looked around and saw guys with big muscle and big weight in their hands. I was determined and high in thoughts . I promised myself that day to be as big as possiblefor me to be.
So i started my workout day after day and finally pushed myself to attain knowledge about muscle , diet, workout to help myslf to attained desired  level.
With cutting dates on calender i learned more about human anatomy and what works for better growth. Within 6 months i gained almost 6-7 kgs. 
Next six months was crucial as i experiment with my diet and workout . I started bulking and my workout were becoming heavy.
I started using big compound movement only for bulking with as much heavy as i can control properly.
Yes compound movements; squat, bench press, military press, deadlift .These magical exercise actually did wonders to my body. I followe routine for 2 months straight as i was experimenting.
I used weight more than my strength which was my fault i corrected and used weight as heavy as controlled for every rep*.
After 2 months i gained 4-5 kgs which made me happy.
After the session i learned two things which was go heavy as much as controllable and use compound exercise to gain weight/ mass.
I will definitely show you my gains after and before in next session of execise part 2 .

HOW TO :DEADLIFT

Warm Greetings to all my readers. This time I am here with the continuation of the previous blog. Yes, 'THE DEADLIFT '. Last time we learned about the few hand and feet position with posture and movement which are beneficial as well as correct form in order to decrease the probability of injury. Hello Today I am going to tell you more about exercise and workout to maintain body mass and increase weight for skinny guys. Well I promised you guys to post my pictures during initial days of gym but as am not using my personal laptop so with won't be possible.I promise to post soon. So, to begin with the exercise which helped my during initial were squats, dead-lift, bench press and military press.
